Coach – Lead and support athletes during seasonal sports programs.
As a coach or assistant coach, you provide an engaging, fun, and safe environment for our players and volunteers! RallyCap Sports has developed easy-to-follow practice plans to help bring fun and activity into your sports plan while teaching the fundamentals. You’ll help set up equipment, pair players and volunteers, and provide basic instruction. A sports season typically consists of 5-6 weeks of activities centered around a single sport. Volunteer time is one hour a week for the duration of the session.
Weekend Support Coordinator – Assist with program operations and participant support on weekends.
Whether it’s helping transport equipment, signing in families and volunteers, or providing encouragement and supervision during activities, every task plays a key role in making the experience meaningful for our players. If you’re someone who enjoys being part of a team and can lend a hand for just an hour each week, we’d love to hear from you.

Each year, RallyCap Sports receives charity bibs for the NYC Half Marathon (March) and the Full Marathon (November), as well as the Spring Lake Five Mile Run in New Jersey (May). If you’re passionate about running and want to make a difference, we’d love to have you represent Team RallyCap!

We have launched our first ever online sport and recreation classes. The virus has taken away our ability to meet in-person, but we won’t let it take away our healthy routines and FUN! Our volunteers are rallying together from across the country to provide free online videos and live-stream sessions for all RallyPlayers and RallyCap followers. At RallyCap Sports we believe people with special needs should be able to experience the joy of riding a bike, just like everyone else. Unfortunately, adaptive bikes are expensive and not easily accessible. Over the past 3 years we have donated 14 adaptive bikes to some incredible people and that’s just the beginning.
